day 8: it might not show it, but this cat is (broken). he (she?) is the neighbor’s cat, but it seems no one takes care of the poor thing. we give him water and food, he hangs out in front of our door, and if you just stand there, he’ll try to rub himself against you like he’s asking for attention. he’s got gunk and redness on his eyes too.
